今回は材料２つでできる簡単メレンゲクッキーを作ります！

【材料】
卵白（何gか計る）
グラニュー糖 卵白の1.5倍の量
お好みで（フリーズドライのラズベリー）
【作り方】
１、卵白とグラニュー糖を軽く混ぜ合わせます。
２、お湯を沸かし、湯煎に当てて混ぜ、グラニュー糖の粒がなくなったらOK
３、高速で泡立て、軽くツノが立つくらいになればメレンゲの完成です！
４、絞り袋に入れます。
５、天板にクッキンングシートをしいて、好きな形に絞ります。
６、お好みで、フリーズドライのラズベリーをかけます。
７、110度に予熱したオーブンで100分焼きます。
８、クッキングシートを敷いた型に生地を流し、揺らして表面をならします。
９、焼けたら、粗熱をとってケーキクーラに写す。

In this video, I will show you how to make meringue cookies with only 2 ingredients!

Ingredients
Egg whites (measure out how many grams)
Granulated sugar 1.5 times the amount of egg whites
Freeze-dried raspberries to taste
Directions
1. Lightly mix egg whites and granulated sugar.
2. Boil water and mix over a hot water bath. When granulated sugar grains disappear, it is OK.
3. Whisk at high speed until the mixture is light and peaks form, then the meringue is ready!
4. Put the meringue into a squeeze bag.
5. Place a cookie sheet on a baking sheet and squeeze the meringue into the desired shape.
Sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries, if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 110 degrees Celsius for 100 minutes.
Pour the dough into a mold lined with a cookie sheet and shake it to even out the surface.
9, When baked, remove from heat and copy onto a cake cooler.
