Reeses Cookies 🤎🍪🍫
Crispy edges, soft centres, topped with a reeses peanut butter cup!
Makes: ~8-10 cookies
Ingredients
* 85 g unsalted butter, softened
* 75 g white sugar
* 75 g brown sugar
* 1 egg
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* 180 g all-purpose flour
* ½ tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
* 50–100 g dark chocolate (chips or chopped)
* Reese’s sticks (chopped)
* Reese’s peanut butter cups for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Cream butter + both sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in egg and vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet mixture.
5. Fold in chocolate and Reese’s sticks.
6. Roll into smooth balls and place on tray with space between.
7. Bake 8–12 minutes until edges are golden and centres look slightly underbaked.
8. Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with Reese’s peanut butter cups. Cool slightly and enjoy! 💌
