S’mores Cookies 🍪🍫🤎
Soft, gooey cookies stuffed with chocolate, marshmallows, and crackers!
Makes: 8 cookies
Ingredients
• 85 g butter, softened
• 75 g granulated sugar
• 75 g brown sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 180 g all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
• Chocolate pieces, marshmallows & crackers for filling
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
3. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients.
4. Fold in the chopped chocolate.
5. Place a cracker, chocolate piece, and marshmallow together, then wrap completely with cookie dough.
6. Bake for 8–12 minutes until lightly golden.
7. Cool slightly and enjoy! 💌
